
Today FM is celebrating a significant win today affirming its position as the second most listened to radio station in the country. Today FM has overtaken 2FM in Weekly Reach for the first time and maintained its lead in Market Share and Listened Yesterday figures:-
- Market Share Today FM: 8.9% v 2FM: 7.3%
- Listened Yesterday Today FM: 444,000 (13%) v 2FM: 404,000 (11%)
- Weekly Reach Today FM: 843,000 (24%) v 2FM: 838,000 (24%)
The Ray D’Arcy Show continues to attract huge numbers with 212,000 listeners tuning in daily – increasing its lead to 26,000 ahead of 2FM’s Ryan Tubridy. (D’Arcy: 212,000 v Tubridy: 186,000).
The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show maintains its crown as Ireland’s No. 1 Entertainment Breakfast Show with an impressive 22,000 more listeners than 2FM’s Hector.
Today FM holds 6 of the Top 8 shows in the lucrative 20-44 year old market, with Ray D’Arcy maintaining his crown at the top.
