Newstalk 106-108 fm - 2nd biggest national station in Dublin

JNLR results released today, 14th May, show Newstalk 106–108 fm reaches 528,000 listeners nationally every week, an increase of 10.2% year on year. The station is now showing strong market share growth over the last quarter.
Significant Highlights are:
· Second biggest national station in Dublin beating 2FM, Today FM and RTE Lyric.*
· The station has seen audiences grow outside of Dublin by 15.4%.
· Tom Dunne grows the audience by a massive 41%, Tom has made a successful transition from music to talk radio and is winning listeners in this competitive daypart
· Incredible 45% increase in Off The Ball, confirming its position as the No1 national show in the 7-10pm slot and continues to be the most important sports programme on radio.
· Captain Hook sails past the 100,000 mark with an audience of 103,000 listeners, up 6% and remains the No.1 programme on the station.
